What will you do?
Job summary:
As Revenue Leader for EMEA, you will be responsible for driving disciplined, predictable, and profitable revenue growth across the region. You will lead strategic initiatives to optimize go-to-market execution, improve funnel management, and align commercial operations with customer-centric outcomes. This role requires a structured leader with strong commercial acumen, capable of translating data into action and embedding standard leadership practices across diverse markets.
Your responsibilities:
- Define and execute the EMEA revenue strategy in alignment with go-to-market models and commercial excellence frameworks.
- Implement scalable sales systems and funnel management tools to support predictable growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales organization focused on driving growth for Regal Rexnord.
- Develop a market coverage strategy using a mix of direct sales, internal teams, and distribution partners.
- Lead the development and execution of a growth strategy that secures existing business and attracts new customers.
- Stay informed on market trends, regulations, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations to develop agreements that enhance competitive positioning and profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, customer service, and SIOP to shape business strategy.
- Make staffing decisions and lead talent development within the sales function.
- Oversee performance measurement and variable compensation processes.
- Inspire and guide the sales team with a clear vision, focus, and sense of urgency.
- Foster trust and collaboration across internal teams.
- Uphold Regal Rexnord’s values, mission, and policies in all aspects of the role.
What do we ask of you?
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of proven sales leadership experience, including at least 2 years managing direct reports.
- Experience in OEM and distribution sales is a plus.
- Additional experience in Marketing, Product Management, Operations, or Supply Chain (2+ years preferred).
- Strong track record in commercial leadership and achieving sales growth targets.
- Ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally.
- Skilled in navigating matrix environments and balancing diverse stakeholder needs.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- High personal initiative, energy, and ownership of business results.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Data-driven decision-making and execution skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50–75%.
- Fluent in English.
