Sr. Allround Teamlead Operations

Job summary:

As a Senior All-Round Team Leader, you play a key role in delivering the production plan. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead one or more production departments and ensure that daily activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

You combine operational leadership with continuous improvement. You motivate your team, monitor quality and productivity, and actively drive improvements that contribute to a safe and high-performing production environment..

Your responsibilities:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating employees on a daily basis.
• Delivering production plans in line with safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Monitoring productivity, quality, lead times, and staffing levels.
• Identifying and resolving disruptions within the production process.
• Coordinating with Planning regarding capacity, priorities, and production deviations.
• Supporting the onboarding and development of team members.
• Conducting performance and development discussions.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Initiating and leading improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Leading daily performance and improvement meetings.
• Maintaining accurate time registration and production administration.

In addition, you will support the Operations Manager in employee development and performance management activities.

Special conditions

• You will work in an industrial production environment.
• You will regularly work with machinery, tools, and production equipment.
• Outside normal working hours, you may occasionally be available for operational support.
• You will participate in continuous improvement and optimization projects.

What do we ask of you?

• MBO 4+/HBO level of education and thinking, or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with production planning, process improvement, and team management.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• A natural leader with a coaching mindset, able to maintain overview and set priorities.
• Results-driven, quality-focused, and strong in problem-solving.
• Full-time availability and willingness to further develop through training and education.
